QuickCast Air is already proving its value in real-world projects, such as the "orbital lift." According to Patrick Dunne, "They prioritize high performance, which 3D printing delivers—complex geometries, liquid oxygen and methane manifolds, convergent and divergent nozzles, and more. These components involve extensive casting." The orbital lift is even connected to a Formula One car. "That’s an investment casting pattern made using QuickCast, resulting in a titanium casting from that pattern," Dunne added, underscoring the technology’s precision and versatility.

Amerimix recently completed the successful 3D printing of three homes in Shiner, Texas, using its AMX300 3D Printing Mortar Mix. The faster timeline for the larger home was achieved by adjusting the 3D printer’s settings, speed, and print time, significantly improving efficiency.
